NovaFund’s role in the fundraising process begins well before the first investor meeting. We play a key role in impacting offering materials, positioning the fund in the market relative to competing sponsors, and determining the appropriate launch timing given market conditions. As needed, we assist with the GP’s existing investor base. Introductions are only made to qualified investors to facilitate an efficient closing process. NovaFund will also assist with due diligence requests, questionnaires, on-site preparations and general investor relations activities after a fund’s final closing.
